Reggae Promo France Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all service sales made directly on the website reggaepromofrance.fr. By making payment, the Customer accepts these terms and conditions in their entirety without reservation.

1. Order and No Quote: The Customer selects the desired service and proceeds to payment. Given the direct nature of the sale, no prior quote is issued. The order is considered final upon validation of payment by the bank.

2. Pricing and Payment Terms: Prices are those displayed at the time of purchase. They are fixed and non-negotiable. Payment: Payment is due immediately and in full. Security: Payment is made via PayPal. Reggae Promo France begins providing the service only after payment has been confirmed.

3. Service Delivery: The service is delivered according to the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase (submission of requested information). In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code: For services fully performed before the end of the 7-day withdrawal period or for digital content, the Client expressly waives their right of withdrawal once they access the service or the service has begun with their consent.

4. Intellectual Property The content of the services (texts, methods, advice) remains the exclusive property of reggaepromofrance.fr. Any distribution or resale is strictly prohibited without prior agreement.

5. Liability The Service Provider is bound by an obligation of means. Its liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the Client for the service in question.

6. Disputes Any dispute relating to the sale is subject to French law. In the absence of an amicable agreement, the courts of your city shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
